Strike While It's Hot – An OOH Ad Using AfterEffects + AI
To disrupt the local market for a Florida realtor, JD Beaudry, I built a silent OOH spot tailored specifically for bowling alley screens. The creative uses bowling jargon ("Run. Don't Drift") and features an explosive visual metaphor of a house being obliterated to symbolize crushing competitor rates.
By bypassing traditional physical production crews and pyrotechnics, I paired generative AI with precision After Effects motion design. This agile pipeline engineered a Hollywood-level stunt execution from nothing but an idea and a prompt—saving massive resources while commanding immediate attention.

Project Highlights
Instant Strike
By combining generative AI with real-time motion mechanics, the workflow collapsed the traditional production cycle into a single day.
An idea conceived in the morning was fully rendered and ready for distribution by nightfall, proving that elite speed doesn’t require sacrificing premium artistic execution.
Zero-Dollar Set
I traded physical permits, cameras, and costly pyrotechnics for digital pipelines and intelligent prompting.
By engineering a massive blockbuster explosion entirely within a local workspace, the project eliminated overhead costs to deliver a Hollywood-level stunt on a true indie budget.
One-Man Studio
This execution proves that a unified creative vision can completely bypass the bottlenecks of a multi-agency production team.
Operating as an agile, solo engine from concept to final keyframes, the project shattered expectations and delivered maximum market impact through sheer creative autonomy.
