Phase 2: Stress-Testing the Concept
I bridge abstract ideas with technical precision. Using a blend of rapid sketching, high-fidelity mood boards, and advanced portotyping tools, I bring multiple ideas to stress-test directions in parallel. This methodology brings the idea closer to fruition, finding faults in concepts early, allowing teams to fail fast, iterate efficiently, and align on a design-solution with total confidence and stakeholder endorsements.

My Go-To Plan When
Things Get Muddy
Every ambitious project begins with accelerated momentum and shared stakeholder excitement. But eventually, the terrain changes. Targets shift, goals misalign, and the path forward gets muddy. Having a definitive roadmap for when a project stalls is just as critical as the strategy that got it off the ground. It’s not about avoiding the mud—it’s about having a proven system to navigate right through it.
Hit Pause & Stabilize
When a project begins to stall, I immediately halt active production to prevent layout drift and communication fatigue.
I call an immediate alignment sync to hold a zero-blame space, ensuring every voice—from stakeholders to engineering—is heard.
Isolate the Friction
I audit the project against our phase-one human truths. Are we missing targets because of technical constraints in the framework, a sudden shift in business goals, or simple creative misalignment? I isolate the exact friction point so we aren’t fixing what isn’t broken.
Re-Align the Architecture
This is where the structural course-correction happens. We reevaulate goals before going directly back to the files. We keep what's working and discard any design debt that caused the bottleneck in the first place.
Revamp Velocity
With the mud cleared and alignment restored, I spin the production engine back up. The team delivers updated component libraries, a clear asset pipeline, and redefined milestones, moving from course-correction back to high-authority execution with zero lost momentum.
